We have an End of service clearance workflow, where a date is mentioned to terminate services of employees leaving the company; now we are facing a lot of issues from business side, with a request to extend the services after we have disconnected it, this is extra work and in many cases will not be able to give access to certain objects and same rights, since the original id is deleted. We will not entertain such requests in the future, if they occur after the disconnection period mentioned in the original termination workflow.
Please make sure your HR business partners are aware of this. When midland is implemented this will increase cost significantly and reflect bad on our own planning,
