Hope you will find this message in good health.
With regards to subject, this is to re-draw your attention towards a very sensitive issue of organizational processes, recruitment process for the moment.
we are receiving complaints repeatedly about the recruitment process as a result of false info shared by some of our colleagues. Recent incident was reported this morning.
This is very unfortunate and unprofessional. Despite of discussing this matter verbally during morning security briefing, some of us decided not to follow the instructions.
With this email, I want to request you to please observe the instructions and refer the queries to relevant department(s), instead dealing with it yourself. We are here to protect Save the Children reputation along-side our objectives to assist vulnerable children and communities.
As a last resort, management will have no other choice except investigating it and reaching out the person, in case, if it will be reported again. Here, I just want to flag that false fiction of information is also being considered a fraudulent act and is being dealt with “Zero Tolerance”. But I am sure that things will not be stretched to that level where our hands will be tide and only way to deal will be exercising the policy.
