Given the importance of the English

Given the importance of the English language in our lives went to this topic Why do not speak English since childhood? 
Some Arab countries studied in primary school and we are studying the end of primary school I do not know the language well, and some people like me do not presents great why are not good at, such as the Arabic language? !!

ونظرا ذهبت أهمية اللغة الانجليزية في حياتنا على هذا الموضوع لماذا لا يتحدثون اللغة الإنجليزية منذ الطفولة؟ 
بعض الدول العربية درس في المدارس الابتدائية ونحن ندرس نهاية المرحلة الابتدائية وأنا لا أعرف اللغة بشكل جيد، وبعض الناس مثل لي لا تقدم كبير لماذا ليست جيدة في مثل اللغة العربية؟ !!
