Customer Complaint Officer
Marketing – Grade (05-07)
Required Skills:
University Graduate preferably in Business Administration with a minimum of 2 years’ banking experience
Has good knowledge with NBK systems, channels, and products.
Strong communication skills (Bilingual)
Good customer service skills
Ability to work under pressure and to handle difficult situations
Good time management skills
Attention to detail
Good analytical thinking and decision making
Applicant’s grade must not be less than (04)
Main Responsibilities:
Contacts, investigates, and follows up with the customers until their respective case is closed
Meets with customers when necessary
Tracks, monitors and reports on SLAs
Investigates any issues using the following systems:
Vision Plus
CRM
Witness
Bancslink
Addresses issues with concerned areas that caused the complaint
Addresses the issues or complaints with the concerned area to resolve the pending case
