Notwithstanding the provisions of Clause 16.3, the Seller will not be obliged at any stage to agree to any extras, omissions, variations or changes of any nature whatsoever to the Property. Any post completion variation, on the part of the Purchaser, including but not limited to the property is subject to prior approval of the Seller or any agent or company appointed on Selle/s behalt and must be through the contractor orsubcontractor as approved by the Selleror its agents
