Launch of a Facebook page through the creation and development of such page for Kabrita and focused on Middle East consumer market. Community management of the page shall be implemented on a daily basis over the contract period for a total of 396 hours. Should it transpire that the Kabrita Facebook community activity demands greater hours to manage, the fee for additional hours will be negotiated between Consultant and Client, or be offset against contracted deliverables.

B3. News releases
Assessing the newsworthiness of Client news releases; adapting and/or translating releases as required for local usage; distributing to and following up with media to promote take-up of story.
B4.Planned editorial features, interviews, briefings, round tables, press conferences, media events
Identifying story content for 12 phased stories, development of rich content, translation, and securing placement of articles.
B5.Media launch
Prepare all media collateral required, including Press release, for media desk drops to launch Kabrita in the UAE and KSA. Identify target journalists, and follow up by contacting relevant journalists at appropriate time to secure Client share of voice in the media; liaising with the Client to arrange media activities with spokespeople as appropriate.
B6.Media monitoring
Consultant to monitor online coverage of Client stories with a comprehensive report to the Client on a monthly post rational basis, plus limited directed print coverage when media communications have been directed by agency to specific media. Full-service print and broadcast coverage to be monitored by independent media monitoring service (third party cost for service provider).
C. PUBLIC RELATIONS

Advising the Client of emerging or notable industry issues of which the company could take ownership through its media relations activities; informing the Client of relevant industry developments as they arise.
C2. Event support
Managing media relations support, as well as events as detailed under the Awareness Programme. Consultant will specifically facilitate management of four (4) stakeholder events with a view to extending media coverage.
D. ACCOUNT MANAGEMENT
El. Monthly reports
Compilation of a monthly activity report, using an agreed Consultancy/Client standard format, to be developed by the Consultancy, which will be sent by the end of the second week of the following month.
E2, Client meetings
Arranging and participating in client meetings every month. More frequent meetings may be arranged as required by the Client.

4) FEES, PAYMENT TERMS & EXPENSES
4.1 The Consultancy's service fees are based on management, executive and administrative time specifically to implement the Core Programme and Awareness Programme (attached herewith as Annex A) subject to Client final approval of third party fees associated with any or all deliverables in the following countries:
• UAE (with inclusion of targeting Pan-Arab media)
• KSA
4.2 The Consultancy shall be paid a fee of AED 31,130.00 in respect of the monthly retainer. The retainer fee is invoiced monthly in advance, for which invoices will be presented to Client for payment during the first week of each month.
The total fees payable for the full contract shall be the equivalent of AED 373,560.00 for twelve (12) months.
IPN fees breakdown and scope of work are shown in Annex A.
Fees for work carried out in countries not stated above or any additional work not mentioned in Annex A will be subject to separate fee arrangement, which is to be agreed.
4.3 The below expenses shall be charged separately after obtaining the prior written consent of Client, excluding the CD copying and courier charges.

• DVD copying @ US$6 per DVD (including brand labels & pasting).
• Courier charges for press releases distributed locally, regionally and internationally to be billed at cost.
• All creative work and print production will be charged separately.
