New iGrann version 1.2.5.255 has been released. Note that notifications and the News screen are processed in the background, therefore, make sure you approve “Run in Background” permission.
Make sure only one version of iGrann is installed on your phone.
Make sure all of the permissions have been allowed or the app will not work properly: phone Settings > Security and Privacy > Application Permissions
Make sure you have the latest version of iGrann (find-igrann-version) and the latest version of the Blackberry OS for your device
News / Notifications issues:
Make sure the app has permission to run in the background: phone Settings > Security and Privacy > Application Permissions.
Note that on iGrann Pro, if you are using multiple accounts, the hub Mark as Read and Delete options only work for the currently logged in account.
Recent changes from Instagram have caused for the Delete Prior feature to stop working on iGrann Pro. Until the next release (coming soon) you can delete old hub items by following these steps. Another impact of these changes has been the inability to open notifications from the hub. We are currently working on the fix.
