Provide office support services in order to ensure efficiency and effectiveness within the band office.
• Receive, direct and relay telephone messages and fax messages
• Direct the general public to the appropriate staff member
• Maintain the general filing system and file all correspondence
• Prepare of meeting room, conferences and conference telephone calls
• Receive and distribute the incoming mails to the concern persons / staff
• Maintain an adequate inventory of office supplies
• Respond to public inquiries
• Provide word-processing and secretarial support
• Type confidential documents on a word- processing system
• Make sure that the business contacts are updated.
• Make sure that all the necessary documents and personnel transactions of Manager will be provided.
• Direct distribution of the cargo to the recipient.
• Proof read all the outgoing documents
• Make sure that all outgoing business related are in place
• Keep all confidential safe area.
