Ingredients:
1 medium sized onion 2 medium potatoes onion peeled carrot, peeled 1 cup lentils, washed cumin and salt almost 4 to 5 cups water, depending on the density of the mixture a little bit butter for frying
Method:
-Cut the onion and potatoes and carrots with any size.
-Stir chopped vegetables in butter for 5 minutes, add the lentils and the little heart with vegetables.
-Add water and leave the soup on fire for about half an hour until the vegetables melt and lentils, cumin and salt to wear out.
-Put the mixture in a blender until soup is blessed, if you notice that a heavy mixture, add hot water.
-My feet hot soup with toasted Buttered toast, or toast.
