انا احب الترجمهDear Sir,
Thank you for your enquiry.
If you want to cancel/transfer/request a refund for your IELTS test and it is within five weeks of you taking your test, please note that you are not eligible for a refund, unless you have medical reasons for not being able to take your test. If you are looking to change the date of your test or can no longer attend your test for reasons other than medical, you will not be given a refund.
If you want to continue with cancelling/transferring/requesting a refund for your UKVI IELTS test please complete the attached form and send it back to us via email as soon as possible. We will forward this to the test centre administrator for their consideration
I have included more information below surrounding the official process for the refund of IELTS test fees. Please note that these are also contained in the 'Notice to Candidates' section of the registration form, which you signed as part of the test enrolment process.
The complete list of terms and conditions can also be found on the IELTS website: http://takeielts.britishcouncil.org/book-your-test/terms-and-conditions
Cancelling your IELTS test or requesting a transfer
If you cancel your test or request a transfer five weeks or more before the test date, the test centre will charge an administration fee of up to 25% of the total test fee.
If you cancel your test within five weeks of the test date for any reason apart from medical ones, you will not be eligible to receive a refund. If you cancel your test or request a transfer within five weeks of the test date for medical reasons, you must provide supporting medical evidence within five working days of the test date. Only evidence of serious illness will be considered. Only original medical certificates will be accepted and must state inability to appear for the test on the scheduled test date.
Please also be aware that if there are any futures changes to be made to this process, candidates will be fully notified.
I hope this information is helpful.
Kind regards,
