Resolution
Note: Currently, you need to use a different phone number and email address for each additional mobile device you wish to register with Tango.
To fix this issue, go into the Tango settings and edit your account info on one of the devices to change it to a different email address.
On Android: Go into your Tango Contacts Tab and tap the Menu button (or 3 dot overflow button on Android 4.0) and tap on 'Settings'.
On iPhone/iPod/iPad: Tap the Settings gear button in the top right of the Tango Contacts Tab.
If you only have one device or don't have access to one of them, please submit a support request and we'll get back to you as soon as possible. Make sure to include your Tango registered phone number and email.
