Ensure that passengers are provided with easily accessible and accurate information especially in the case of delays or flight irregularities
• Monitoring the manning levels of the Information Desks in order to continuously flow information to passengers/stake holders
• Monitor and regulate the queue management in order to have smooth flow of traffic
• Monitor and report of the crowd control levels in the public areas
• Monitor and report on the accuracy and clarity of the passenger announcements and information published on the flight information display
• Report technical irregularities or building malfunctions to the appropriate Helpdesk
• Report any situation or incident that may impact upon the security or safety levels within the terminal building
• Ensure cleanliness of the terminal building is in line with OAMC standards
• Handle special situations such as, inclement weather conditions, industrial action, security alerts to ensure smooth undisrupted terminal operation
