Roles and Responsibilities:
• To ensure Oxfam office premises cleanliness (includes office door steps, hall, rooms and kitchen) and office security. This includes all office floors, walls, ceilings, windows and kitchen utensils.
• To ensure Oxfam Guest Houses cleanliness and the availability of cleaning materials and drinks.
• To assist Oxfam staff with catering services during Oxfam business events and meeting. (Arrange furniture, food and drinks etc).
• Informing Oxfam admin staff of cleaning materials requires for office cleanliness.
• To ensure implementation of Oxfam’s Gender, Diversity and Equal Opportunities Policies, contribute to the development and sustenance of an organizational environment, which is gender sensitive and ethic sensitive.
Skills and Competencies Required for this Role
• Previous experience in the field (cleaning, catering)
• Ability to read and write Arabic.
• Ability to work in multi-culture environment.
• Ability to work extra hours and during weekends.
