2.0 DIVISION 02- SITE WORKS
2.1 Excavation in all type of soils to the required depth including disposal of excavated materials, temporary supports to strengthen aspects of the excavation, dewatering and any necessary works to complete the work , according to Specifications and drawings. M³
2.2 Backfilling with selected material free of debris and boulders, above the footing in layers not exceeding 250 mm with compaction minimum 95% for each layer. Price includes testing each layer by a specialized laboratory. M³
3.0 DIVISION 3 - CONCRETE
3.1 Supply and Pouring Lean concrete, Minimum Compressive Strength after 28 days ( fc' ) = 3000 Psi as per the drawing and specifications , including formworks.
3.1.1 100 mm thickness Lean concrete under the foundation M³
3.2 Supply and Pouring fair face reinforced concrete for the water tank and the pump room , Minimum Compressive Strength after 28 days ( fc' ) = 4000 Psi ,as per the drawing ,type of cement will be according to the soil report recommendations,including formworks and reinforcement ( 60000 psi yield strength).
3.2.1 RC. Footings (Water tank &Pump Room) M³

3.2.3 Roof Slab (Water tank &Pump Room) M³
3.3 Provide and lay Water Stop for (Water Tank) according to drawings and specifications. LM
3.4 Heavy Duty Steel Cover as per drawings and specifications NO.
4.0 DIVISION 04 - MASONRY
4.1 Supply and install regular non - load bearing 100 mm thick CMU for protection walls around the water tank according to the drawings and specifications. M²
5.0 DIVISION 05- METALS
5.1 Galvanized steel rungs , height as shown in drawings. NO.
5.2 stainlesssteel ladder , height as shown in drawings. NO.
7.0 DIVISION 07- THERMAL & MOISTURE PROTECTION.
7.1 Provide and lay 2 layers of Waterproofing Membrane 4mm including 1 layer protection board for RC Footings and RC Walls in contact with soil.according to the drawings and specifications. M²
7.2 Provide and lay Epoxies 2 Coating for inner surfaces( RC Walls & RC Footings& Bottom of Roof ) M²
7.3 Provide and lay 200 micron thick polythelene sheet under blinding concrete. M²
7.4 Supply and apply anti termite under all concrete in touch with earth for (Water tank and Pump room). L.S.
SEPTIC TANK
2.0 DIVISION 02- SITE WORKS
