Thank you for reporting these issues.
It is our obligation as a team to help each other maintain the housekeeping of our office, shelter, room, OGC, toilets etc…
We have to improve ownership and housekeeping first start with us before we move through it on other people.
There is no room for:
• The blaming culture.
• “I don’t care” word is not acceptable.
• “ It is not our responsibility, it is the responsibility of others” shouldn’t exist.
We promise here and now that we will take care by all means with the support of other departments SSD, maintenance…
In addition,
Whenever we visit the shelters doors always open, this is not right.
All doors should be closed.
Doors that should be kept locked unless there is an activity and closed directly once activity is completed end of the day:
1. PIB.
2. Substation.
3. Cable room.
4. Battery room.
5. FM-200 room.
