It helps us not to feel tired quickly when we work and its protects us from the diseases. Also, it makes us optimistic.To be healthy you should eat food like boiled eggs, potatoes and eat rows vegetables like row onion. Also, it's better to eat a lot of sea like grilled fish because it has a lot of nutrients . In addition to that, drink liquids such as fresh juice, green tea and milk which is important for your bones by keeping them strong.The food you should avoid is all fried food such as French Fries which causes heart disease. Also, canned food that contains industrial colors and soda. Therefore, doing exercises and sleep early is good for your body.
