Abstract:
This study aims to discuss the impact of multinational enterprises on employment in Palestine. This research follows the descriptive quantitative - qualitative methodology approach. The descriptive methodology is based in the process of collecting information about the phenomena or the topic that will be discussed and conducting an analysis for this information by applying SPSS.
Statistics and research results showed that multinational corporations have a significant role in the recruitment of labor in Palestine, These companies compete with local firms considerably to attract the workforce, It also works to provide adequate working conditions for these workers.
Palestinian environment, whether political, economic or social play a role in restricting the work of the multinational companies, but despite this, there are many success stories for a number of multinational companies in Palestine whether in the company itself or in the recruitment process.
