She has a great enthusiasm to give lesson in the class. The interaction between the teacher and the student is observed. In showing the appreciation, the girls observe proper discipline this type of classroom atmosphere sets the tone for learning

She focuses on the situation, because when any cell phone ring she tells her student to turn it off. Also, if any student comes late she says girls try to come early

The seats are organized in a good way so she can move around and check students' work, it also helps students move in and out of the room comfortably and they get to work quickly at the during the class as the students are called to stand and answer on the board

Yes, the students have a clear understanding about what has written on the board so they can take notes and use them as a reference in their exam
Yes, the students are actively engaged in learning during the class e.g. the students follow the lessons and make sure to turn their books on the page that they have to answer. There are times that they are called to answer on the board

Yes, she does
And the students know the rules because the Students control their own behaviors and show respect toward the feelings and rights of the teacher. They understand that all have the duty to participate. This is why no time is spent on disruptions and in disciplinary situations
6.Does learning students’ names help in maintaining successful classroom? Does the teacher reinforce positive behaviour, i.e using appropriate praise words?
Yes, it does. I find it more personal when the teacher calls her students by their names
