The training courses will be held in Arabic and are delivered by specialists in each subject area. The course programme is based on three pillars to assist the participants in the rapid implementation of the new learnings:• Needs-based: The course curriculum is adapted to the needs of the participants: an email needs assessment will be conducted to this purpose before the course.• Individual action plans: Participants develop their own action plan during the course on how to make use of the new learnings in their own organisation after the course. Trainers assist the participants in the creation of their action plans.• Personalised post-course coaching (optional): Participants obtain a credit of one hour for personalised coaching after each course to help with the implementation of their action plan and to respond to any questions they may have. The coaching is provided by the trainer of each course by skype, phone and email.
