KEY AREAS OF ACCOUNTABILITY:
To clean all areas of the offices / guesthouses thoroughly, with the key aim of enhancing the conditions of living space by having excellent standards.
Daily
• Vacuuming and wiping down all surfaces
• Vacuum all carpets and upholstery
• Dust and polish all chairs, desks, tables and all cupboards and shelves, clean the interiors of cupboards.
• Dust picture frames and clean the picture glass, desks,
• Polish filing / stationary / poster cabinets
• Clean and disinfect / sterilize all toilets / bathrooms / balconies + terrace / front + back yard
• Rub up the fringe / railing
• Sweep and wash/mop any floor tiles, marble
• Tidying up each personal and shared rooms, make the beds
• Dust all other fixtures and fittings, including skirting, radiators, pipes, fire extinguishers and any other surfaces within reach
• Clean windows, glass partitions, and mirrors
• Carry out instructions given by the management, admin team and head of office
• Always adhere to all company policies and procedures
• Clean buildings by emptying trash and replace lining of trash cans, sweeping, and cleaning surfaces
• Wash / decontaminate the dishes, crockery, glasses , kitchen appliances, prepare tea / coffee for the office staff/ guests
• Dust furniture and scrub surfaces clean.
• Use cleaning solutions to remove stains and clean surfaces
• Identify and report possible repairs
Weekly
• Wet-wipe all skirting boards
• Dust all lamp shades and bulbs
• Dust all ceiling and wall extraction fans / ACs
• Wet-wipe and polish all high-level shelves, bric-a-brac and books
• Cleaning windows, window ledges
• Laundry / ironing twice a week
• Change the bed linen / pillow case / sheets once or twice a week
• Deep cleaning in the office and guesthouses once a week
• Washing the curtains once a month
