You can check your account status and the estimated arrival date for your card by signing in in to your Payoneer online account:
· Once signed in, click on the link that says “To view your status and activate your card.”
· Once you’ve clicked on the link, you will be able to see your account’s current status.
· If your Payoneer card has already been shipped, you will see an estimated arrival date for the card.
If the estimated arrival date for your card has passed more than a week ago and you still have not received the card, you may request that a new card be ordered for you, free of charge. In order to submit your request for a new card, please reply to this message with a confirmation of your shipping details:
