With reference to your enquiry concerning a Visa for Norway, we can give you the following information:
If you are holding a residence permit for a Schengen-state (in your case: Austria), you will not need a Visa to be able to travel to Norway. Nevertheless it is important that you carry your residence card and valid passport with you when traveling.
