The overall measurement model provided a moderately good fit of the data as all
fit indices (Chi-Square = 268.827; DF = 113; Prob. = .000; GFI = .892; AGFI = .853;
NFI = .932; RMSEA = .072) were at acceptable levels. Reliability and construct validity
were therefore established for the knowledge infrastructure capability measurement
model. Additionally, the extracted variance was greater than the sum of squares of intercorrelations
which indicates that there is no discriminant validity, i.e. constructs
(acquisition, application, conversion and protection) are associated. This is to be expected
as the first order latent constructs of acquisition, application, conversion and protection
loaded on the second order latent of knowledge process capability.
