a. To understand the nature of the subject curriculum and assess in developing the department vision.
b. To Consult with Head of Department on matters of policy and practice.
c. Advising, devising, and eval uating the appropriate forms of assessment.
d. Proofing of assessments/assignments within Subject area (formatting).
e. Recording and reporting in accordance with whole-school assessment policy.
f. Management and set up of marks books
g. Provide guidance and support to staff within the subject area.
h. Proof subject area documentation/ examination reports prior to submission to Head of Department.
