Make sure that your friend is registered with the same information you have stored for them in your native address book.
If your friend is not stored in the address book of your device, try the following:
1. Once you launch Tango, select the Friends tab
2. Press the Menu button
3. Tap Add friend
4. Enter your contact's information, make sure to enter phone number in the following format:
+(country code)(area code)(phone number)
Note: If your friend is using a device without a phone number, make sure to save their email address in your address book
5. If you have completed all of these steps and are still unable to see your Tango contact, please submit a support request
