Hi team Having assessed the situation with Sheng honestly this is a black point issue. I issued her with one yesterday. She accepted it as she realised she did something wrong. Whilst staff should not shout at supervisors or actually shout at anyone .... It's not a grevious harm unless swearing is used or physical abuse. Warning letters need to be handed out for serious matters because they are used in labor when firing people. Shouting unfortunately is not taken overtly seriously unless bad language is used. Blank points lead to deductions so please make sure you use them when required. A warning letter should only be used if you feel it's something you could fire a member of staff over. Just so you are clear about the two mechanisms.
