Fifth: Requirements to be provided by your side:
A- Requirements by Saudi Arabian General Investment Authority:
1- A decision by the Board of Directors of your company stating their wish to open a branch in Saudi Arabia, mentioning the capital (Not less than SR 500.000) and the activity of the company and The General Manager's Name and passport number and his Powers.
2- Copy of the Commercial Registration Certificate approved by the body of which issued by and the Saudi embassy.
3- Copy of the Articles of Association of the company approved by the body of which issued by and the Saudi embassy.
4- Copies of passport (each page) of the General Manager approved by the Saudi Embassy , in addition (4) photographs.
5- Providing a bank statement that proves the financial ability for the company with an amount of more than One Million Saudi Riyals.
6- The investor shall provide the balance sheet of its enterprise outside the kingdom for the previous 3 years stating the good financial position. This balance sheet shall be prepared by an approved accounting office, attested from the taxes concerned authority in the investor’s country and from the kingdom embassy.
7- An empowerment to a legal law office, in order to complete all procedures, certified by Saudi embassy.
8- Submitting an obligation certificate to deposit all the capital in a licensed bank working in the Kingdom after getting the investment license and before getting the commercial registration certificate.
9- The investor should provide a written commitment to be abided with all the laws and regulations valid in Saudi Arabia.
Note: All documents approved by any department outside the Kingdom should be certified by Saudi Embassy and Ministry of Foreign Affairs in Korea, and in case of authorizations or Power of attorney should be also certified by Ministry of Justice in Korea.
